Sandrine Pigat, originally from Luxembourg, received her Bachelor's degree in Ecotrophology in 2007 at the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen in Germany. In 2009 she completed her Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences at the same University. Sandrine joined Creme in 2010 and is providing Creme Food Customer support and consultancy. She specialises in food risk exposure assessments and nutritional intake modelling as well as working with national and international food consumption and composition data.
In addition to her strong nutrition background, Sandrine also brings with her fluency in English, German, French and Luxembourgish as well as intermediate Spanish making Sandrine an appropriate fit to the Creme team in assisting its international customers. Sandrine is a member of the Nutrition Society UK and the German Nutrition Society.
Sandrine will be discussing nutrition issues in the industry as well as new nutrition and food science related features within Creme products.
